i tried and love them, frogs do too
they are so full or calcium

the only downside is the price and that little dirt they live in is imposoble to get all off before feeding

I've found poison frogs pass them through whole. They love to eat them though

I feel a whole array of bugs to my frogs!
2 species of FF and bean weevils are my staple
2 species of beetles, 2 species of springtails, crickets, dubias, houseflies, butterworms, silkworms, hornworms, pheonix worms... garbage maggots! i even tryed boxelder bugs which are invading my backyard atm! my frogs and geckos had a couple but i guess they have this defensive mecanism and it makes em undesirable.
my philosophy is diversity is they key!

obviously it's easier said than done for you rani guys but yeah... my terribs will have anything ;)
